This Privacy Policy explains what data RadarPráctico collects when you visit radarpractico.com, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood, not to be skipped.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of this site and of the processing of your data is Piero Marenco, publishing under the editorial name Pman, based in Nicaragua.

2. What data we collect
RadarPráctico does not ask you to register or create an account in order to read. Even so, visiting the site involves collecting the following:
- Technical browsing data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, device, pages visited, time on page and referring page. These are logged automatically by the server and by analytics tools.
- Usage and interaction data. Clicks, scrolling and general behaviour within pages, collected in aggregate through analytics tools.
- Data you send us. If you write to us by email or leave a comment, we process the name, email address and message content you choose to provide.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Detailed in the Cookie Policy.
We do not collect special category data (health, beliefs, sexual orientation, biometrics) and we do not request payment details on this site.
3. What we use the data for
- Serving pages correctly and keeping the site secure and available.
- Understanding which content is read and which is not, so we can decide what to write about.
- Displaying advertising, including personalised advertising where you have consented to it.
- Replying to the messages you send us.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
- Consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for personalised advertising. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest for site security, abuse prevention and strictly necessary aggregate measurement.
- Performance of the interaction when you write to us and we reply.
5. Google and third-party advertising
This site is funded by advertising. Please note the following:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. They may also opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.com.
- Advertisers and ad networks are responsible for the content of their own ads and for their own privacy policies. RadarPráctico does not control or edit those ads.
6. Third-party tools we use
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for advertising. How Google uses data.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for aggregate analysis of how pages are used. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Our web hosting provider, which processes the technical logs needed to serve the site.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the legal mechanisms each provider declares in its own policy, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or applicable adequacy frameworks.
8. How long we keep data
- Technical server logs: up to 12 months.
- Aggregate analytics data: according to each provider's retention periods, typically up to 26 months.
- Emails and messages: for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable period afterwards.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can write to us to exercise the following rights:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Delete it.
- Restrict or object to its processing.
- Request its portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights come from the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA additionally gives you the right to know, to delete and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; RadarPráctico does not sell your personal information.

10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and reasonable technical measures are applied to protect information. No system is infallible, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Links to other sites
Articles link to sources and third-party sites. When you follow one of those links you leave RadarPráctico and become subject to that site's privacy policy, which we do not control.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the tools we use or the applicable rules change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Substantial changes will be announced on this page.
